If you have a donor who gave to the wrong page, or whose donation is not showing up in the donor scroll, we can help you transfer their donation to the correct page, so they may be recognized for their contribution.
Solutions
In order to set everything straight, please reach out to GoFundMe Charity support with the following information:
- The donor's email they used to give with. You can find this information in the Report Center. If you do not have access to the Report Center because you do not have a charity administrator with us, then you can get their first and last names that they used to donate with from your Campaign Manager under the Activity Scroll.
- The Campaign URL where you would like the donation placed
