This article will help you download the report that includes all the information for an individual team member for your team fundraiser
- Sign into your account
- Click Reports
- Navigate to the Transactions report
- Filter for the campaign name and the start date on the top left
- Click Run on the far right
- Follow the steps in this article to download the full Successful Donations report as a CSV
- Open a spreadsheet program, like Google Sheets or Excel.
- Upload the CSV you downloaded to Google Sheets or Excel.
- Freeze the first two rows. This may look different in Excel. We're using Google Sheets to demonstrate this.
- Locate the column that contains the emails of all of your organizers (you will need to scroll to the right - usually it's listed under "AK") and sort that column in alphabetical order
- Locate the email for the individual that you would like to view in the list. All donation to that individual will be grouped together because you sorted the sheet.
- Delete the rest!
