If you have trouble sharing your campaign link, the first step is to make sure you're sharing the right one!
There are a several links that can be found within your account, but these are not to be shared with a wider audience. If you share a manage link or an edit link, your customers will not be able to view your page.
Internal Account Links
Internal account links will contain words like campaign-manager and edit. Here's an example of one: https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/campaign-manager/edit/
Do not share these links, since they will not be accessible to anyone besides the account holder.
You'll want to be sure to share your public campaign link, which you can find under the Manage Campaign tab within your account and copy the link above the Add Offline Donations button. All public facing links will start with the following: https://charity.gofundme.com/o/en/
If you are a Team Organizer, you will have two links. One link is the main team link that you will share with your friends and family.
You will also have a personal link to track how many donations you've personally received. To locate your personal link, please navigate to it under your fundraiser profile under the team tab.
Click on your name, and you will be routed to your personal page, where you can copy the personal link at the top of the page to share out.
Important: You will not be able to reach your personal link until you have team members join your page. Team organizers also can't edit their personal page. They can only edit the main team page.
Personal links are mainly for individual fundraisers who join the team page, so they can track how much they've raised.
You can find your personal donation tracking link under your profile under the team tab. Once you go to your page, you can find your link with your profile name in the web address at the top.
You can also find it by going to your campaign manager, and copying the link above the Add Offline Donation button.
