If you’ve been notified that your WePay account is requiring more information in order to receive withdrawals, you can follow the steps below to get your information updated.
- Visit go.wepay.com and log in
- Locate and complete the Verify Information and Settlement Details prompts
- Click Save
Your account should be updated after following those steps but please reach out to us at nposupport@gofundme.com if you want to check and make sure everything is all set.
Please note that you are still able to receive donations during this time but you’ll want to get this updated as soon as possible in order to avoid your donations from being refunded after 90 days.
