If you’re having trouble logging into your WePay account in order to update it and receive donations, it may be because your account has been disabled or closed entirely.
This can happen if WePay has been requesting information from you for over 90 days but never received it.
- Sign in to your GoFundMe Charity
- Click this link will direct you to another sign-in page
- On that page, sign in with your WePay email address and password and click Grant Access.

- Visit WePay and log in
- Locate and complete the Verify Information and Settlement Details prompts
There is a chance your donations have been refunded so please reach out to our team at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to share the next steps for your account if this is the case.
Please note that your organization’s payment processor automatically switched to PayPal Giving Fund until your WePay account is set up again. If you would like to continue to receive donations through PayPal Giving Fund, no action is required from you at this time.
