If you’ve noticed that you’re not receiving donation notifications, it’s not you, it’s us! A few email domains like Yahoo, Gmail, and Outlook have been blocking the majority of the email notifications that we are sending out. Please know that our team is actively working on getting this resolved.
We recommend checking your spam/junk folders, adding our email (nposupport@gofundme.com) to your contact list, and marking our emails as "not spam" just to ensure nothing is missed.
In the meantime though, we have another way to ensure that you are able to see who recently donated to your campaign. To view your activity, please follow the steps below:
- Sign into your account
- Click your Campaigns tab
- Hover over your campaign and click Manage
- Scroll down until you see your Activity feed
You’ll see all of the recent activity on your campaign and you can even send a quick thank-you note by clicking Say Thanks.
