Trouble signing in
Note that GoFundMe Charity and GoFundMe.com are separate platforms, even though they're part of the same company and the pages look similar.
You may have accounts/fundraisers on one or both platforms, so if you're having trouble signing in or finding a fundraiser you started, please check to see which of those two pages you're on.
- To sign into GoFundMe Charity, go to charity.gofundme.com (note that "charity." comes before "gofundme.com").
- To sign into GoFundMe.com, go to www.gofundme.com.
Changing your password
If you're already signed in and would like to change your password, you can do that through your account settings by choosing “Email & Password”, and then “Change Password”.
